Ultimate Forza recalled over undeclared drugs; buyers told to stop using all lots

Consumers in the United States are being told to stop using Ultimate Forza Male Supplement after a recall announcement said testing found three undeclared drug ingredients. Tonight We Ride, LLC of Lakeville, Minnesota is recalling all lots of the capsules at consumer level.

The company announcement, posted by the US Food and Drug Administration on 24 October 2026, identifies sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine. It says the findings came from GNC’s third-party product testing.

Why the undeclared ingredients matter

Sildenafil and tadalafil are ingredients in prescription medicines used under professional supervision. The recall notice warns that the undeclared ingredients may interact with nitrate medicines, such as nitroglycerin, and lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.

The announcement also says dapoxetine is not approved by the US FDA. The presence of these ingredients makes the recalled products unapproved drugs whose safety and effectiveness have not been established, according to the notice.

The company reported no adverse events or complaints as of the announcement. That does not change the instruction to stop using the recalled supplement.

Check the item number and UPC

Both formats are included, and the recall covers all lots. The products were distributed through certain independently owned and operated GNC franchises in the US from 2017 to 1 October 2026. The notice explicitly says they were not sold through GNC corporate stores.

Stop use and arrange a return

Consumers may return unopened or partly used product to a GNC store for a full refund. The notice asks buyers to provide a receipt, or the phone number or email address linked to the loyalty account used for the purchase, so the transaction can be verified.
